Our Qigong is both authentic and modern in how we teach it. Qigong is an over 2,000 year old Health Exercise for Optimizing Health, Quality of Life, and Relaxation. Qi means Energy. Gong means Skill. Qigong is Skill in improving your Energy and Health.

Our style of Qigong Exercise is both dynamic and relaxing. It is what you may imagine Qigong to be. It involves simple movements and postures while standing, sitting, or lying.

Our Qigong Meditation is dynamic in that it works with the intention and specific exercises to cultivate and balance energy in your body. Everyone wants to learn how to quiet the Mind. Only, we don’t just tell students to “sit and don’t think”:)

QIGONG ENERGY WORK

Daniel Lee’s Qigong Energy Work is a total body energy treatment, helping people to balance Energy in the body and optimize Health using light touch, while working with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians and points. Qigong Energy Work is offered through Private Sessions.
